Responsibilities
* Checking in/out guests and dealing with their queries
* Taking payments
* Processing bookings
* Checking and correcting any room/bed availability errors
* Managing the housekeeping team
* Ensuring the smooth and optimal functioning of the hostel
* You would work 4 night shifts per week from 7pm to 7am

You must be willing to be considered to be taken on as an Apprentice and to work and study at the same time.

Course & Schedule
This is a 12 month course which we will pay for and will pay you to do 3 hours of study per week outside of your working hours.
Remuneration Package
* Starting pay will be at least the minimum wage for an apprentice and will depend on your skills and experience. For the 4 shifts per week you can expect to earn at least £1,200 per month plus free accommodation and free breakfast and dinner.
* Monthly bonus for excellence behaviours / going above and beyond
* Accommodation in a staff dormitory (you can opt not to live in the hostel)
* Use of laundry facilities (to wash and dry your clothes and bed linen)
* Free breakfast and free dinner (you\'d help cook once per week)
* Free fast wifi
* Free food available at other times to cook lunch/snacks (basic foodstuffs provided; if you want other items, we can buy reasonably priced basics)
