Fitness Manager – West London
Location: West London

Salary: £31,100 per annum
4Leisure Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic leisure facility for a Fitness Manager to join one of their flagship centres in West London.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced fitness professional to step into a rewarding leadership role, managing a fitness team and ensuring the highest standards in service, safety, and customer experience.
About The Role
As Fitness Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness department, leading and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding member experience. You'll also complete a minimum of two Duty Manager shifts per week, acting as a key holder and ensuring smooth and safe operation of the facility.
With the site open from 6am to 10pm, flexibility with working hours is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the fitness team, providing coaching and development
* Ensure a safe, high-quality, and engaging fitness environment
* Perform Duty Manager shifts, overseeing H&S, safeguarding, and pool testing
* Manage fitness budgets, equipment, and stock
* Continually improve the fitness offering through innovative programming
* Build strong member relationships and handle queries professionally
* Ensure health & safety compliance, escalating issues as needed
* Support the site in achieving performance targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a fitness leadership or supervisory role
* Minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification (Level 3 desirable)
* First Aid at Work and/or NPLQ (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent leadership, team development, and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexibly, manage deadlines, and remain proactive
* A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
