We’re looking for an Inventory Warehouse First Line Manager to join our VMO2 contract at our busy shared user site in Wellingborough.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on nights, Sunday – Thursday between the hours of 22:00 – 06:00.

We’re offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day
* Allocate resource to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Review available resource vs workloads and plan, calling out any potential risks
* Review and interpret information on reports/trackers and redeploy resource to meet inventory/operational needs
* Ensure cycle counts are completed within the given timeframe
* Ensure root cause analysis is conducted on required adjustments
* Ensure the department’s accuracy of any stock changes or amendments such as adjustments/status changes/SKU modifications
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
* Experience with using warehouse management systems
* Experience in inventory/stock control
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
* Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily
