As a Regional Manager, you will: Report directly to the Managing Director. Work across a portfolio of homes in the East Midlands. Commission new care homes for older people. Support existing homes to maximise commercial performance. Manage occupancy and oversee recruitment and retention. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care while completing the Governance Pathway.
