We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support a wide range of secondary schools across Cumbria.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Adapt to different school settings and subjects where required
* Provide feedback to department staff at the end of each day
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
* Flexibility and reliability
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
