Overview
EveryDay Care & Support, a Social Enterprise wholly owned by the Age UK North Tyneside Group, is recruiting a Care at Home Manager for the Newcastle area. The role oversees the provision of a quality domiciliary Care at Home Service.
Salary
£30,408 - £33,149 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Line manage teams comprising Area Coordinators, Team Leaders and PSA staff.
* Provide supervision and support in line with objectives and standards.
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver personal care and support that promotes independence, respect, and dignity.
* Manage team performance, including financial, staff, and service metrics to achieve key performance indicators each year.
Qualifications
* Level 5 qualification in the same discipline or a similar level qualification in a related field.
* Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Customer‑focused, enthusiastic, capable of instilling character and commitment into the service.
