Regional Clinical Nurse Trainer
Location: Birmingham, England – West Midlands / Bristol & Wales
Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum plus Car Allowance.
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Trainer to deliver engaging training across multiple sites, support the development of training plans, maintain records, collaborate with managers and L&D, act as a role model, communicate proactively, and support start‑up training for new projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality training across multiple sites.
* Support the development of regional and organisational training plans.
* Maintain accurate training records and report outcomes.
* Collaborate with managers and the Learning & Development team to drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a role model and inspire excellence across the workforce.
* Communicate proactively with key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
* Support organisation and delivery of start‑up training for new business projects.
Requirements
* Nurse Qualified with an active NMC PIN – RGN / RMN / RNLD.
* A recognised healthcare qualification (NVQ/QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent).
* Additional training or teaching qualification.
* Strong training delivery experience and IT skills.
* A full driving licence with flexibility to travel.
