As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
* Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
* Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
* Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
