Description Your new career Join our Ranger Services team in a role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Administrative Support and Systems Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Ranger Services team. From supporting animal registrations to managing permits, preparing reports, and keeping our customer request system on track, you’ll make sure everything flows smoothly so the team can focus on delivering great outcomes for our community. Key selection criteria Mandatory qualifications, experience and requirements Certificate in Office Administration or similar Demonstrated experience in performance of high-quality administration Several years’ experience in an administrative or similar role, with 2-3 years of experience Experience in a similar experience in Local Government environment Previous customer service experience A current Working With Children Check You have the permanent right to live and work in Australia Police Check results that are suitable for this position (will be arranged by Surf Coast Shire Council). A complete international criminal history check is required if the person has worked or lived overseas for any period of time OR a complete national criminal history check is required if the person has only ever worked in Australia.
