Job Title: ICC Wales Sales Administrator Location: ICC Wales Department: Sales & Revenue Reports to: Head of Sales Rate of Pay: 24 hours per week over 3 days Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? ICC Wales is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales & Revenue team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. About the Role As a Sales Administrator, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team. Manage customer queries and bookings via phone and email. Prepare event orders for VIP site visits and assist with familiarisation and hospitality arrangements. Handle box office duties for ICC Wales-owned theatre shows and maintain accurate reports. Oversee stock control for corporate gifts and manage promotional budgets. Complete essential daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including meeting minutes, payment accounts, and budget tracking. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous administration experience in hospitality or a related industry; guest service skills. Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong organisational ability, good numeracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes: Reliable, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships across teams and with clients. Experience with Momentus software and a desire to progress within the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
