You will be a detective, strategist, and relationship-builder all rolled into one. This isn't your typical researcher role; you'll be leading research strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying leaders who will shape tomorrow's businesses.
You will drive research excellence to identify top-tier talent across various industries, from SMEs to multinationals. You will devise and lead research approaches that go beyond simple LinkedIn searches, map entire industries, spot emerging talent, and build candidate networks that set us apart.
You will build deep client relationships from initial briefings to final presentations, being front and center with our clients. You will champion diversity and create outstanding candidate experiences; every conversation matters. You will ensure our longlists reflect the full spectrum of talent and that every candidate, whether successful or not, feels valued and respected. We aim to build long-term relationships.
You will focus on continuous improvement by utilizing our in-house database, research methodologies, and market intelligence—constantly thinking about how to enhance our approach and deliver better results.
