You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery, handling warranty and maintenance enquiries, and supporting project logistics from start to finish.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
Manage enquiries related to parts, warranty, inspections, and maintenance
Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and delivery logistics
Process orders, invoices, and purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers to chase quotes and costs
Maintain accurate records and run regular reports
Support general office administration including calls, post, and consumables🎯 What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or technical support
Professional and confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Good numeracy and IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM experience such as MS Dynamics is a plus)
Own transport and driving licence required due to office location💼 What's on Offer
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
