The Senior Recruitment Consultant will: Lead a full 360° recruitment desk, managing business development, client relationships, and candidate delivery. Place senior technology and executive professionals in organisations driving innovation and industry transformation. Deliver £200k in annual billings through high-value placements. Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices and team growth. Identify and secure new business to expand market reach and influence. The Ideal Candidate Proven record of £200k annual billings in recruitment. Experience in technology, data/AI, or executive-level markets. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a results-driven environment. Professional, ethical, and client-focused.
