Productivity Bonus Scheme:
This is paid out on completion of training, on top of Hourly rate, up to an average of £1.50 an hour.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving timber and other construction materials.
Equipment Operation: Operating basic machinery or cutting equipment including pneumatic fasteners with training.
Basic Carpentry: Performing simple tasks like measuring, cutting, and installing timber engineered components.
Safety Awareness: Following all health and safety training procedures.
Required Skills & Qualities
Physical Fitness: The job requires physical strength and stamina to handle materials and work outdoors in various conditions.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in measuring, cutting, and following instructions.
Reliability: Dependability to show up for work and complete assigned tasks.
