Compliance Co-Ordinator
Location: ML10 6QJ
Role and responsibilities:
Secretarial and administration duties in relation the Compliance Department
Maintain management system records
Collation and input to the working hours, including fatigue management
Review, maintain and update integrated management system procedures
Monitor non-conformances and manage the close out process
Maintain incident register and analyse trends
Drafting and distributing bulletins, notices, rule book updates
Organising staff inductions and processing related documentation
Encourage and promoting Behavioural Safety
Ensuring compliance with QTS Management, Supporting and Works Procedures relating to the operations
Carry out office audits and system assurance checks
Carry out internal audits
Prepare for external audits
Collation of monthly Key Performance Indicators and issue of reports to managers
Taking and dealing with complaints from members of the public
Maintenance of the Approved Suppliers database
Attend and contribute to Compliance meetings and audits
Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required
Skillsrequired:
Good organisational skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft office packages
Computer literate
Full UK driving licence
