What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, creating a positive and professional working environment. Design and deliver innovative seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality and fresh ingredients. Ensure every dish leaving the pass meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. Take full ownership of kitchen operations including stock management, food safety compliance, cost control, and rota planning. Train, mentor, and develop your team, nurturing a culture of learning and progression. Uphold all health and safety and food hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen. Collaborate with senior management to drive sales and continuously improve the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up. A genuine passion for quality food, fresh ingredients, and delivering memorable dining experiences. Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude. A calm and composed approach under pressure. An eye for detail and a drive to maintain high standards.
