Your new role As Operations Manager, you will take a senior leadership role within the business, overseeing operational delivery across a portfolio of live and upcoming projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a strategic role in driving performance, consistency and growth. Full operational oversight of multiple construction projects across the region Leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers and senior site teams Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards Managing client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders Supporting business planning, continuous improvement and future growth initiatives This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to step into a broader, more strategic role with genuine influence.
