We are supporting a household‑name organisation embarking on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for a BA who excels in complex environments and brings both commercial awareness and strong stakeholder gravitas.
Key responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
* Analyse current and future‑state processes to support programme objectives.
* Produce documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing clarity and challenge when needed.
* Ensure alignment across workstreams within a large, complex transformation programme.
Skills & Experience required
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to influence senior leaders.
