Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee multiple branches in Doncaster, Tesco Balby and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full‑time position offering a competitive salary starting at £25,854 per annum, with an uncapped weekly bonus and various benefits. The role requires a customer‑focused, proactive individual with a strong personality and excellent communication skills. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple store locations.
* Oversee photographic services including printing, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and Photoshop.
* Lead and support a team of colleagues, providing coaching and training.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
* Ensure the stores meet operational and financial targets.
* Participate in store promotional events and promotional activities.
* Adhere to health and safety, hygiene and corporate policies.
* Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory and staff performance.
* Carry out any other duties that support the Retail Operations team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong personality and a drive to succeed.
* Willingness to work a 40‑hour week, including weekends and occasional overtime.
* Capable of working independently and using initiative.
* Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
* High school education or equivalent.

Working Hours
Full‑time, 40 hours over five days inclusive of weekends; overtime available after training.
