You as Food and Beverage Assistant will be a hands on operator who using your knowledge and experience will provide exceptional service to our guests in the bar and brasserie of the hotel.

* Provide exceptional service to guests in the bar and brasserie of the hotel as a hands-on Food & Beverage Assistant.
* Support the F&B team in delivering high standards of banter, knowledge and entertainment in the guest experience.
