Day to Day of the role:
* Design and deliver marketing campaigns in consultation with Programme Directors, Coordinators, and the Marketing, Sales & Partnerships teams.
* Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and customer engagement.
* Manage digital and social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to reach new and existing clients.
* Update SEO-optimised websites with compelling content, thought leadership insights, and case studies.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, segmented by audience, and direct mail campaigns.
* Collaborate with PR & Media Consultant for public relations and media activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage external agencies for timely and budgeted campaign delivery.
* Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
* Promote the positive impact of our training on participants, schools, and young people using data provided by subject matter experts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
* Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for proofreading.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and website Content Management Systems.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
* Capable of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail within tight deadlines.
