Look no further than the Business Administrator Apprentice position at Bluebird Care Gosport. Join our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice, supporting the Registered Manager to uphold high standards and compliance. Provide reliable admin support, communicate calmly and clearly, assist our care experts, and manage your own workload with confidence and guidance. Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. About the role: The Business Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties: Administrative Duties Take calls and record information electronically Attend and note take for meetings Scan and upload recruitment and training documents Upload and update staff files Complete compliance audits on staff files Prepare onboarding and training packs Stock Management Maintain the stock levels of PPE, uniform and stationery Submit an order form to the finance team Order stock, uniform and stationery Work well as part of the Bluebird Care team Follow Bluebird Care policies, procedures and guidance at all times Take part in staff meetings Attend training activities, supervisions and appraisal meetings What are the career prospects at Bluebird Care Gosport? There is the opportunity for a permanent full-time position at the end of the successful completion of the apprenticeship. Essential Skills: It is essential that the Business Administrator Apprentice has the following skills and personal qualities: GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C/4 (or equivalent) Care experience or knowledge Flexible, adaptable workstyle Full driving licence DBS check required Caring and compassionate Highly self-motivated person Excellent and prompt timekeeping All staff are expected to meet regulatory training standards. You will attend the 3-day in-house training to have an awareness of the business and the people we support as well as eLearning modules.
