A thriving, dynamic Property Consultancy with a talented Quantity Surveying team is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor, with aspirations to become Associate, to join their growing Gloucester office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
With over 150 staff across 7 offices nationwide, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will find themselves at the heart of a fast-paced, innovative consultancy. Engaging in a variety of projects, the role offers exposure to sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential and Infrastructure, allowing for a rich & diverse professional experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* RICS Accredited degree qualification
* MRICS or currently working towards
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
* Strong pre and post contract experience
* A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion & the ability to come in and hit the ground running
