Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - 25,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team placing Engineering professionals into permanent roles. You don't need prior recruitment experience - just at least 1 year of proven sales success, plenty of ambition, and the confidence to build strong relationships.
What you'll be doing:
* Building relationships with clients across the Engineering sector
* Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for permanent roles
* Managing the full recruitment cycle - from initial contact through to offer stage
* Working towards targets
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry - telesales, retail, B2B, etc.)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A results driven attitude with resilience and ambition
* Eagerness to learn and develop into a specialist Recruitment Consultant
