Overview
The role is based in Birmingham within a highly respected multidisciplinary practice expanding its Civil/Structural division. The company enjoys a generous workload across bridge design, temporary works, and infrastructure related structures, and seeks to grow its team.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver civil and structural solutions for bridge, footbridge, access, and infrastructure projects.
* Lead and grow a fast‑growing team, recruiting a Senior Engineer and a Junior Engineer.
* Engage with clients, present design proposals, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Work within large framework agreements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* Strong technical background in footbridge, access, and infrastructure related structures.
* Experience delivering sizeable civil/structural projects.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
* Capability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
Benefits
