We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure to join our team as a Driver Care Fleet Adviser.
What you’ll do:
Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company fleet vehicles Assist customers who have broken down and organise vehicle recovery promptly Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles Schedule additional services or maintenance as required Keep customers updated on progress and escalate concerns when necessary Support the coordination and administration of fleet vehicle servicing and maintenance
What we’re looking for: Fleet or vehicle management experience is essential Must be driving Strong administration and PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
