Location: Sutton Coldfield
Shift Pattern: 3‑Shift Rotation (Nights: 10 pm – 6 am Sunday–Thursday; PM: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday–Friday; AM: 6 am – 2 pm Monday–Friday)

This role is ideal for engineers from FMCG, food, automotive, plastics, packaging, or heavy manufacturing backgrounds.
The Role
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining fast‑paced production machinery through both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Respond to reactive breakdowns quickly and effectively
* Electrical fault finding on production equipment
* Mechanical maintenance including robotics, motors, gearboxes, belts and chains
* Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems
* Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
* Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers
Requirements
* Experience in an industrial/ manufacturing environment
* Multiskilled – both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
* Ability to read electrical drawings and fault find
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude
* Competitive salary of £50,000 – £56,000 DOE
