Senior Account Director
Based in: Shoreditch – Tuesday to Thursday / WFH Monday & Friday
Salary: £55k-£60k

Key Responsibilities:
The growth and development of existing accounts, keeping our client’s aware of industry changes. A confident communicator, you will partner your brands as a trusted advisor
Leading the full response to a brief including creative, delivery, measurement and financial deliverables
Team leader responsible for the development of individuals within the team and fostering the culture of the team
Finance forecasting, budget management, maintaining profitability and negotiating, quite a lot of negotiating
Skill set:
Enthusiasm for the category, we talk about the drinks industry a lot
Strong track record of managing and inspiring a growing team
Client orientation, the ability to see how our campaigns fit within their wider strategy
An eye for detail, we operate in a high trust environment
An interest in the effectiveness of creativity. We don't want to know if you like a campaign or not, we want to know why you think it works or doesn't
Can work proactively and independently and as part of a team
