About the Role Were looking for a proactive and cheerful Assistance Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. Youll be helping clients and patients across the globe, often during challenging times providing reassurance, practical support, and logistical solutions.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be working alongside medical professionals and international partners, planning complex travel logistics, coordinating global repatriations, and communicating with patients and their familiesmainly via phone and email.

What You'll Be Doing Communicating with patients and clients around the world
Coordinating medical and travel arrangements (flights, ground transport, etc.)
Liaising with international partners and service providers
Monitoring global travel news, visa changes, and restrictions
Supporting the medical team with logistics and case updates
Ensuring all actions are accurately documented
Were Looking for Someone Who Is: A confident and empathetic communicator (verbal & written)
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
A great team player who can also work independently
Based within 45 minutes of our office near Daventry (NN11 7JG)
Willing to work occasional flexible hours when needed
Its a Bonus If You Have: Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or travel industries
A passion for travel or global affairs
Knowledge of international travel rules, visas, and documentation
Additional language skills
