The Role
Commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe and energised work environment. They set high standards, drive results, and are accountable for the business performance. Often the only paid staff member, they thrive in a volunteer‑driven model, delegating effectively and communicating creatively to attract supporters daily.
