Due to our market position, reputation, and continued success, we are looking to add to our friendly team of Recruitment Consultants.
As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you will be providing Nursery staff on short-term and long-term assignments as well as permanent placements. You will manage the process from end to end as a 360 consultant, bring Nurseries and nursery practitioners together, towards a better education experience for young children.
The Role:
As a part of our team, you will:
1. Developing business through sales, networking, and marketing techniques
2. Organise interviews and providing candidates with essential information
3. Liaising and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
4. Sourcing candidates through various job boards and social media platforms
5. Advertising vacancies effectively
We are looking for someone who has:

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will liaise with clients and candidates daily and our highly experienced team will provide you with support and training.
