About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to work within a clean, professional office environment and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident handling inbound calls and is looking for a stable, long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and handling inbound calls in a professional and confident manner
Acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
General office administration duties
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining an organised and efficient front-of-house function
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience within a receptionist or office administration role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a busy office environment
Proactive and reliable approach
Looking for a long-term, permanent position
Pay xsngvjr & Benefits:
£18,590 per annum
Part-time hours (Monday to Friday)
18 days holiday + Bank Holidays
