As part of an exciting expansion of our conveyancing department, we are looking to recruit a qualified CILEx Lawyer or Solicitor to join our close-knit team.
*The Role
* You will work across all aspects of residential conveyancing, managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
The role involves working closely with a partner and as part of a supportive team that includes two experienced support staff.
*Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Handling matters including sales, purchases, reportages, and transfers of equity Maintaining a strong billing record and meeting financial targets Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Using (or quickly adapting to) a case management system. xpwpeyx
*About You
* Qualified CILEx Lawyer or Solicitor Proven track record of billing and managing your own files Experience working within residential conveyancing Comfortable working with a case management system Reliable, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
