We are looking for experienced pensions administrators to join teams in different operational areas, including Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contributions (DC) Schemes, and Pensions Payroll teams.
Our Senior Pensions Administrator will be based in our Three Bridges Crawley office supporting a portfolio of high net client(s).
Department Information
As Equiniti wins more business, our need for experienced Pensions Administrators grows. We’ve recently established a new training academy to offer long-term career progression and professional qualifications.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing administration services to customers, working to targets
* Completing/checking casework and providing feedback
* Resolving customer enquiries
* Performing and issuing pension calculations
* Providing technical guidance to team members
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Providing on-the-job coaching
* Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities as assigned
