Join us as an Administrator (Estates Services) at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Administrator (internally known as Estates Services Support) to join our Estates team. You’ll provide support to a wide range of teams, including grounds maintenance, cleaning and building services, pest control, the CCTV control room, and out‑of‑hours services. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Looking after a shared inbox, you’ll respond to a wide range of internal and external queries while delivering a consistently great service.
* Wherever possible, you’ll resolve customer queries, complaints and claims at first point of contact.
* Support with keeping the service running smoothly by arranging meetings, taking minutes, tracking key performance indicators, and processing purchase orders and invoices.
* You’ll make sure our systems, databases, and documents are up to date and accurate.
* Create and update service records and management information, including financial and health and safety documentation.
* Collate and provide management information and data, providing valuable insights to the management team.


About You

* You’ll have experience within an administration or customer service setting or bring great transferrable skills.
* As you’ll be working closely with customers and colleagues, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, great at prioritising, and proactive in managing your workload.
* You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas, supporting continuous improvement, and helping deliver a customer‑focused service.
* Confident using IT systems and comfortable working across a variety of digital tools and systems.
