Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioural challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include working one-on-one with students or in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, develop key skills, and achieve their individual learning goals.
You will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the specific needs of SEN students, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and included in classroom activities.
