Are you a natural relationship builder, who loves chatting/developing a good rapport over the phone, and seeing sales orders/admin through from quotation to delivery? Do you have great attention to detail, sales admin office experience and looking for a new full time career, where you will learn lots? In this role you will be answering incoming calls, supporting customers with order requests (the majority being repeat customers) building up a great rapport over the phone and letting customers know about additional (beneficial) products that are also available to them. Full sales order administration from quotation to delivery. Organising your own day effectively to keep track of existing quotations to ensure they are followed up in correct time frame - via phone and/or email. Must be customer focused with great communication skills over the phone and email, happy working in a team office environment, experienced with office CRM databases and be proactive and self driven. Full time, Mon-Fri, permanent, Swindon office based Salary up to £28,000 basic with the opportunity to earn up to £1000 extra on top each month, through upselling/cross selling Competitive benefits package available.
