About the Role
As Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in qualifying client projects, designing bespoke remediation solutions, and providing high-quality proposals and technical support. You will collaborate with teams across Europe and the USA, contributing to innovative technical projects. This varied role covers all REGENESIS remediation designs and projects throughout the UK and Scandinavia.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate site data and client requirements to qualify projects
* Develop robust technical designs and proposals in collaboration with our District Manager and Remediation Services teams
* Provide technical feedback and support to clients, including on-site visits as needed
* Review remediation validation data and support the ongoing improvement of our solutions
* Participate in conferences, technical meetings, and deliver presentations to promote REGENESIS solutions
* Assist marketing with case studies, articles, webinars, and other content as required
* Undertake necessary site work and maintain ongoing professional development
Candidate Profile
* 3+ years minimum experience in the contaminated land sector
* University degree in a relevant subject (Environmental Sciences, Hydrogeology, Geology)
* Experience in conceptual site modelling and remediation designs advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Organised and able to work to deadlines
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Additional European languages advantageous
* Full UK car driving licence
