Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at our primary school in Kings Hill. This role is a temporary position, supporting pupils with SEN.
You will be required to work 23.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, working both independently and as part of a team, and is looking for a role that could grow and develop over time through excellent professional development.
You need to be calm and kind, able to take initiative and work flexibly.
The role is suited to someone who is creative and able to build on the excellent practice already in place when supporting pupils with SEND, enabling them to achieve their potential and work as independently as possible across the curriculum.
This contract will be temporary for the duration of the High Needs Funding and the needs of the SRP unit.
