We are looking for a motivated, practical, and reliable individual to take on the role of FLT Production Coordinator. In this position, you will be leading a small and friendly team and working closely with our Microleaf Supervisor to make sure that targets are met and everything runs smoothly. You will be working in a modern and high-tech glasshouse environment where most of the processes are straightforward. However, there will be times when you need to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and work closely with your colleagues.
