Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and nurture a close-knit team in an outpatient setting.
* Help deliver high standards of patient care and outcomes.
* Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives.
* Support a culture that values care and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Registered with the NMC.
* Previous clinical supervisory experience.
* Enthusiasm and ability to nurture a can-do culture.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
* Good working knowledge of and compliance with CQC Standards.
* The ability to make decisions and use your initiative.
* Strong communication skills.
* Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment.
