* Support automation initiatives by advancing equipment connectivity, data integration, and alignment with organizational metrics and long‑term goals.
* Develop preventative maintenance strategies, author PM documentation, and identify critical spare parts for production assets.
* Work independently with minimal oversight while coordinating closely with specialists across manufacturing, quality, safety, and engineering disciplines.
* Foster team effectiveness through proactive communication, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaboration.
* Contribute to the design and development of automated test equipment, including documentation, hardware build support, integration activities, and validation testing.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
* At least 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
* A minimum of 10 years working hands‑on with test equipment, including troubleshooting electronic systems and performing tests on components, assemblies, and finished products using both manual and automated test setups.
* Practical laboratory experience in power or analog electronics testing, measurement techniques, or test methodology development.
* Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Recognized Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in test equipment and test methodologies.
* Proficiency using standard electronic lab instrumentation such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, programmable power supplies, function generators, and related diagnostic tools.
