The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 basic (Depending on your current experience).
* Monthly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses ranging from £400 to £1,000 per month.
* Total Earnings: Realistic OTE of up to £42,000.
* Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a structured team rota.
* MOT License Funding: We will fully fund and support you to gain your DVSA MOT Testing License.
* Elite Training: All-expenses-paid access to the manufacturer training academy to take you all the way to Diagnostic Technician status.

The Work
* Precision Servicing: Carrying out routine maintenance, vehicle health checks, and service work on cutting‑edge manufacturer vehicles.
* Advanced Learning: Working alongside senior mentors to develop your skills in hybrid technology, complex electrical systems, and diagnostics.
* Core Repair Work: Handling brakes, suspension, steering, and mechanical repairs to main dealer standards.
* Career Progression: Actively participating in structured, all-expenses-paid academy courses to gain higher industry certifications.
