Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including food preparation, catering support, and bartending, all aimed at providing an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
* Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down events as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all guest requests are met promptly.
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales as necessary.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in catering or bartending would be advantageous.
* A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
