You'll be a great fit if you have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are working towards it * Experience teaching or supporting learning in Key Stage 1 * A warm, patient and child-centred teaching approach * Strong knowledge of phonics, early literacy and KS1 curriculum expectations * A flexible, positive attitude and passion for helping children develop independence and confidence * Creativity, enthusiasm and a commitment to inclusive learning
