Role Overview
As a Director of Relationship Management, you will establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, influence decision-making, and promote our services within the marketplace. You will manage client P&L, retain and grow revenue, and lead commercial and contractual relationships.

Develop and execute calling plans to C-suite executives
Represent SS&C within client organizations and the broader industry
Influence client decision-making processes
Market new services and create demand
Build a professional network for knowledge and opportunity sharing
Achieve sales targets and manage client P&L
Understand and impact financial drivers for clients
Lead relationships and negotiations
Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience with client management and operations leadership
Knowledge of Wealth Management, Life & Pension services, and transfer agency services
Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
Strong analytical, verbal reasoning, and numeric skills
