Back-up Responsibilities We are looking for a Branch Coordinator to join our fabulous team in High Wycombe. This is a full time role, Mon- Fri, 09:00-17:00. Customer Care - Put premium customer care at the forefront of everything you do-whether that is in person, by phone or by email. Diary Management - manage (multiple) hearing aid dispenser diaries effectively and maximise appointment potential. Administration - to maintain confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software. To comply with GDPR regulations. Maintain accurate reporting information, e.g. for stock. General administration duties. Sales- take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers. Presentation of branch and self - Ensure that the branch is presented to brand standards - this includes presentation of branch literature and cleaning to a hygienic standard.
