The Service Centre supports the operation by providing a multifunctional contact centre underpinned by quality administration and excellent customer service to support the learners and suppliers.
The Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of high volume and high complexity tasks across a range of Early Careers Development processes.
This will include a variety of administrative tasks and client touch points throughout the student journey.
Maintain personal compliance of Operational and Regulatory risk, including GDPR and information security
The role holder may act as a buddy for new to role Learning Co-Ordinator’s
Appropriate handling of participants and suppliers' queries and complaints by email or face to face, in line with the agreed SLAs and Quality framework
Effective customer service and relationship management across a range of stakeholders, conducting regular client meetings and maintaining excellent relationships
Uploading of learners to multiple online programs/platforms and managing access permissions
Maintain personal compliance of Operational and Regulatory risk, including GDPR and information security
