Working within the Quality Assurance team, this role involves analysing quality data, monitoring product performance, and maintaining quality metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement. You will collaborate with various teams, conduct deep-dive analyses, and present insights to guide strategic decision-making. A key part of the role is to produce and provide tools, dashboards, and resources that enable colleagues across the business to work more effectively. You will also liaise with stakeholders, update management on progress, support internal meetings, recommend process improvements, and participate in ad-hoc projects to support business growth and quality initiatives.

* Analyse Quality Data: Responsible for analysing returns rates, review scores, and other quality-related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
* Monitor Product Performance: Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance and Trading teams to understand the performance of products and suggest optimisations to enhance quality.
* Produce and Provide Tools: Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and reporting resources that support colleagues in accessing quality data and insights, enabling them to perform their roles more effectively.
* Liaise with Stakeholders: Proactively liaise with finance, commercial, and other relevant departments to understand trends and performance that they can support with.
* Maintain Quality Metrics: Maintain quality performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct Deep-Dive Analysis: Support the Quality Assurance team in conducting deep-dive analysis to understand the drivers of product quality issues and identify areas for improvement.
* Present Insights: Prepare and present data/insights to the Quality Assurance Manager and other stakeholders in a practical way to help guide strategic decision-making.
* Update Management: Regularly update the line manager on progress and key issues related to product quality.
* Support Internal Meetings: Attend internal meetings, providing support to the optimisation and quality performance as required.
* Recommend Process Improvements: Identify improvements that can be made in modelling and recommend process changes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
* Participate in Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects when required to support business growth and quality improvement initiatives.
