We’re recruiting for a Residential Care Worker on behalf of a highly respected and specialist provider of therapeutic children’s residential services in Faversham. This provider takes a truly child-centred approach, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) through consistent care, trauma-informed practice, and an unwavering focus on long-term healing and stability.
